Study Flowchart. The data were pooled from two study cohorts. Cohort 1 included family meetings conducted in the medical-surgical ICU between 2009 and 2014 at six sites, with meetings specific to patients with primary neurologic diagnoses analyzed for this study. Cohort 2 consisted of family meetings conducted in a neurological ICU at one site between 2019 and 2021. We pooled and analyzed both cohorts together
