Heat map representing the strength of each variable to influence cluster belonging. Values range from −1 to 1. A value close to zero has little or no impact on cluster attribution, whereas a value close to 1 or −1 indicates a high impact on cluster attribution. The sign of the value indicates how the biomarker variation influences cluster attribution (when positive, an increase in the value is correlated with cluster attribution).
