Study design. From September 2009 to December 2014, 2225 ICU patients treated with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in whom CRRT discontinuation was attempted were screened. A total of 1176 patients were included and classified into three groups based on discontinuation of CRRT. Patients were further divided into control or diuretics groups depending on administration of diuretics after discontinuation of CRRT.
