The stapled line indicates levels at baseline. The P values indicate changes from baseline (Wilcoxon signed-rank test) and were Bonferroni-adjusted for comparison of the three groups. The magnitude of change in the absolute rate for State 4 (B) and State 3 (C) respiration in each group is shown.
