This site is primarily aimed at those who have lost a child to SIDS. Medically, there are comprehensive lists of frequently asked questions, with answers and opinions from clinicians in the field. Results from published studies are also discussed. Research information, aimed at researchers themselves, is available, including results from case-control studies. Job opportunities and a small number of SIDS related conferences are also listed. There is a list of online chatrooms/discussion groups for bereaved families.


This is a large but easy to navigate website. Information on all aspects of SIDS is covered. It is a worthwhile site to visit to obtain up to date news and opinions on the latest developments in SIDS.Note: This site is geared to USA users, but there are good links to related sites including those based in the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada.
