Overview

ALERT Inc is a non-profit organization providing information about latex allergy and supporting health care operators as well as natural rubber latex (NRL) allergic individuals.The site features a resources/lists section containing four lists (hospital, dental, home and school) of common use latex-containing products and their latex-free alternatives.The hospital list of products is a valuable reference when preparing intensive care unit bedsites or operating theatres for latex-allergic patients; it offers many latex-free alternatives for each instrument/product.The ALERT website also includes a quarterly newsletter and a links section.
