Alterations in the protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) gene expression and supernatant tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) levels in RAW 264.7 cells transfected with PDI short interfering RNA (siRNA) for 48 hours. (a) PDI gene expression was determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction using specific PDI primers. (b) The TNF-α release into the cell supernatant was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
