The mean weight, height and weight for height (SD scores) for the entire population were all significantly below zero: * P = 0.001, ** P = 0.002, *** P = 0.008. Children with congenital diaphragmatic hernia had significantly lower height and weight than children with meconium aspiration syndrome (P < 0.001).
