  1. Locked-in syndrome

I wish to help a young man aged 34 diagnosed with locked-in syndrome after a motor cycle accident 10 years ago. He has regained mobility (assisted), speech and breathing laboured. He is living in Zimbabwe where medical expertise to help him is not available. I am certain that if he came to the UK or to Europe there are possibilities for him that he otherwise will never have. I have no idea where or how to start trying to help him. Perhaps someone can advise me? Many thanks.
