The summary mean and summary 95% confidence intervals are displayed for each category. The derivation of these confidence intervals by random effects methods is displayed in caterpillar plots (Fig S15-S22) in the ESM for the bacteremia data. Note that the x axis is a logit scale. Control and intervention groups exposed to PPAP within TAP studies are indicated as solid symbols versus not exposed (open symbols)
