Subgroup analyses of in-hospital mortality. Risk differences for in-hospital mortality by the treatment group among all patients and within six subgroups of haemoptysis aetiology are shown. Risk differences and 95% confidence intervals were obtained by generalised estimating equation models with identity link functions. The size of the square represents the relative number within each subgroup, and the horizontal bars represent the 95% confidence interval.
