  1. Considered scoring systems differ in number of extra-pulmonary organs evaluated and number of resulting categories. Scores with 10 or more ordered categories were considered quasi-continuous (Quasi Cont.), indicating that analyses as for continuous parameters are appropriate. CRB-65 and CURB-65 are combined here but analyzed separately
