ROC curve for the scoring system at day 2 (SD-2). The 0.632+ bootstrap estimator was used to evaluate the scoring system SD-2 and to produce the corresponding ROC curve. The AUC obtained was 0.75. The soluble endothelial protein C receptor (sEPCR) level at day 1 and its time course from day 1 to day 2 were associated with univariate AUC values of 0.59 and 0.57, respectively
