  1. All patient variables related to mortality in univariate analysis, defined by p < 0.2 and cardiogenic shock etiologies subgroups are reported. Variables with p ≥ 0.2 were not included in the model. The first four variables entered into the model were not independently associated with mortality in the stepwise multivariable model
