Changes in antithrombin (AT) activity. The median baseline AT activity was less than 40% in both groups. AT activities increased to the normal range (>80%) in AT3000 group, but this level was not recovered in the AT1500 group throughout 7 days. AT1500: 1,500 IU/day of AT substitution for 3 days; AT3000: 3,000 IU/day of AT substitution for 3 days.
