In some cases, the number of patients in a group was too small to allow calculation of the 95% confidence interval. This category includes transfusion reactions, haemolytic anaemia, disseminated intravascular coagulation and other blood dyscrasias. §This category includes gastrointestinal bleeding, bowel perforation and ischaemic bowel syndrome.
