The odds ratio is presented for each action of the bundle as single and grouped and it is adjusted for severity of sepsis, SAPS II, number of comorbidities, type of hospital and type of ICU for patients with severe sepsis. These results are based on 778 patients with severe sepsis and septic shock on ICU admission. CI: confidence interval; MAP: mean arterial pressure; SAPS: Simplified Acute Physiological Score.
