  1. Patients were classified into two groups according to the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) at six months post-trauma. In emergency surgery before performing Vestibulo-ocular monitoring (VOM) evacuation of epidural-, subdural haematoma or contusion was integrated. The implantation of intracranial pressure (icp) measurement or ventricular drainage is not included in emergency surgery.
