Intra-arterial blood pressure at day 1 following I/R of the LAD. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and mean arterial pressure (MAP) are shown. Although there was no statistically significant differences in blood pressure, MAP trended to lowest in arginine vasopressin (AVP) group (n = 5) with a MAP of 89.7 ± 1.7 mmHg compared with 100.1 ± 6.0 in dobutamine (DOB; n = 5) and 94.8 ± 3.4 in normal saline solution (SL) control (n = 5).
