Alterations in tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) gene expression in RAW 264.7 cells after culture with bacitracin (0.25, 1.25, and 3.75 mM) for 24 hours. The ratio of TNF-α and the housekeeping gene β-actin is calculated.
