The survival curve indicates that patients with a high ratio of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH)therapy days with hypophosphatemia to total CVVH therapy days (ratio ≥ 0.58) had an increased 28-day mortality rate compared with those with a low ratio (ratio < 0.58) during CVVH therapy (P = 0.008).
