  1. Serum levels of troponin, creatine kinase (CK), and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) at each time point. P value is based on linear mixed-effects regression model and is for the null hypothesis of no difference in troponin/CK/CK-MB level between the treatment groups at 6 hours, day 2, and day 4, adjusted for baseline value. Outcome variables were log transformed if they were not normally distributed.
