APACHE II, Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II [39]; SOFA, Sepsis-Related Organ Failure Assessment [40]; MODS, Multiple Organ Dysfunction Score [41]; Δ-MODS is the difference between the maximum and initial MODS scores [42], and Δ-SOFA is the difference between the maximum and initial SOFA scores [43].
