  2. Admission APACHE II is the APACHE II score at the time of patient's admission to the ICU. Survey APACHE II is the APACHE II score on the day that the family member completed the questionnaire. BAI, Beck Anxiety Index; GSDS, General Sleep Disturbance Scale; NRS-F, Lee Fatigue Scale
