All models included age, sex, whether the collapse was witnessed by a bystander, the type of bystander CPR performed (no bystander CPR, compression-only CPR, or conventional CPR), time from emergency call to CPR by the EMS (early response, moderate response, or late response), cause of arrest, the type of guideline-based CPR performed (2000 AHA Guideline based or 2005 AHA Guideline based), calendar year and the type of defibrillator (monophasic or biphasic).
