Quartile ranges of standard deviation (SD): < 33.6, 33.6 to 48.4, 48.4 to 71.0, and > 71.0 mg/dl. Quartile ranges of coefficient of variation (CV): < 20.0%, 20.0 to 27.6%, 27.6 to 36.5%, and > 36.5%.
