Human mesenchymal stem cells reduce endotoxin-induced injury in the human lung. Photomicrographs of normal lung (left), untreated endotoxin-induced lung injury, and lung treated with mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) or with conditioned medium (CM) from MSCs.
