  1. (*) Streptococcus mitis, Streptococcus pyogenens, Listeria monocytogenes, Streptococcus agalacticae, Acinetobacter baumanii, Fusobacterium necrophorum, Escherichia coli. Multiple pathogens were detected in three patients.
  2. (#) In one patient, Gram-positive bacteria were seen on Gram stain but a further differentiation was not successful.
