APACHE, Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation; ICU, intensive care unit; LOS, length of stay; SOFA, Sequential Organ Failure Assessment. Norepinephrine was used as vasopressor. Twelve patients received dobutamine, and one, adrenaline at inclusion. Ten patients received levosimendan during the study period.
