The Internet Journal of Emergency and Intensive Care Medicine is a six-monthly, peer-reviewed journal featuring original investigations, reviews, case reports and letter to the editor sections dealing with the current topics of the intensive care practice. The journal also has a mirror site in Spain (in English and Spanish). Readers are able to search the website and the WWW. There is a link to PubMed, and instructions for authors are provided as well.
A review by J. Civetta ("Patients are talking - and we'd better listen!") and three linked papers about the use of physical restraints in the ICUs, stand out in the current issue.
